Coffee With Coach Season 1 - Ritesh Shinde

Today, we have our Health Coach and Fitness Trainer Ritesh Shinde who started his journey of helping people and making this world a better place 2 years back. So today we got the chance to ask few questions, related to his lifestyle and fitness.



Sure, I have Always been an Athlete since my early school days and on and off gym after school days.Tried to be always fit but was underweight. In 2013 after I joining Govt job. That was the time when due to bad lifestyle and wrong eating patterns, I had put on more than 8kg weight. Extra weight is not always good you know when it is completely fat, you don't feel so great. But when I saw my younger brother, I thought of changing my life, so started with morning Physical Activity and Herbalife Nutrition helped me get back in shape and my ideal weight 59kg.


  1. Hi Ritesh, please tell us about your fitness journey.

  1. What is the most memorable part of your transformation duration? Being healthy is one of the best feeling, you look great you feel good, with a good physique, after I started working on my health In 2009 I gained good healthy Muscles mass using Herbalife Nutrition and ie almost 15kg and shredding unnecessary fat.

  2. What do "DIET" means to you and what is your plan? Diet is very weird term which is used randomly now a days. Diet simply means eating right, at correct time in correct way. My morning breakfast is mainly Herbalife Nutrition Shake which helps in giving me 2 full meal and 2 snacks

  1. What all workout you do? I mostly do Cardio, body weight workouts and running. One should not choose workout randomly, we should always understand our body type and then decide what kind of workout we should follow. Now a days many people starts running without proper guidance and even if they loose weight they dont gain muscles and develop strength. And alternate issue with people going to gym, as they lack stamina and endurance. We should understand our requirements and focus more on overall fitness

  2. How do you manage your job schedule and your health? Priority. Single word describes it all. If we know what we want we will find solutions

  3. What the key to your motivation? To be fit, Healthy Active lifestyle, and my family. I want my family to be healthy active and fit. For that I must be healthy and active always. And remember healthy body is the place for healthy mind.

  4. What are your goals for this year? Six pack abs and more Muscles. I was always skinny and when I gained weight, it was more of fat. Now I am focused more on developing more Muscles and improve my strength.

  1. Any tips for our readers. Healthy Active Lifestyle leads to healthy mind and productivity in all fields of life. Focus on heaving more natural stuffs avoid all junks and please stay away from alcohol and unhealthy lifestyle.

  2. Is it really possible for anyone to have his dream body? Nothing is impossible if one decides. As Body can go through anything it's the mind we have to convince
