India is considered as no 1 in diabetics. And with highest no of people and kids as well suffering from this obesity and diabetes issue. What is the reason?
Its all in our breakfast.To make long story short, on daily basis how we start our day makes our day. 90% of us consume breakfast which is simple carbohydrates. Most of indian Breakfast includes food which are fried or processed made from rice or wheat. More over with changing trend and modern lifestyle maximum of people living in suburban country have no time for breakfast also.
Lets talk about issues which we can face with not having breakfast :

Women who had the habit of avoiding breakfast were at a higher risk of developing Type-2 diabetes, than women who had their daily breakfast. Even worse, working women who skipped their morning meals had 54% more chances of developing Type 2 diabetes.

Will your car ever start if there is no fuel? No, right? Similarly, you need breakfast to give your metabolism a jump start.
