GET RID OF INSOMNIA

DO YOU WANT TO GET RID OF INSOMNIA LIKE ME ?? If yes,you are not ALONE !


Are you reading this late at night just because you can’t sleep? I do the same at night when I cannot fall asleep but with days passing by,its getting better. Today I will let you know the simple and useful tips and you can get rid of insomnia naturally.

1. Take a bath or shower before bed : You will fall asleep quite sooner if you take a hot bath before going to bed.Taking a hot shower will help you to unwind and get rid of the tiredness of the day.

2.Soothing music : Playing your favourite music softly while taking bath has been proven to help you rid of anxiety,stress and help you relax.

3.Do not use gadgets in the bedroom just before you sleep (A BIG NO NO ) ! Stop using electronics in the bedroom because electromagnetic fields are meant to interrupt sleep cycles.

4.Don’t eat before going to bed : Make sure you go to bed three to fours after having a light dinner. Heavy dinners may cause you to toss and turn instead of dropping off to sleep because your metabolism is busy digesting instead of resting.

5.Peaceful environment : First of all,make sure that your bed is comfortable and then switch the lights off.If you still cannot sleep even after the lights have been switched off,try this relaxing exercise—Stretch your body and loosen all your muscles.Then stretch your arms above your head,and let your loosened muscles fall into place naturally.Take deep breaths slowly and rhythmically,inhale and exhale.

6.Drink warm milk : Drink a glass of warm milk with honey.It works wonders with both adults and children.Allergic to dairy? Use almond,coconut or your favourite milk.

7.Don’t think... Tomorrow is another day : Try not to think,even try not to talk to yourself.Pretend that you are already asleep.You are slowly going to find yourself drifting off to sleep.


8. At the end make some rules for the bedroom : The bedroom should be off limits for certain activities:

  • No arguments

  • No television

  • No work

  • No food.
